- What forms of payment do you accept?
Pay easily with your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit cards. Paypal customers can use their account for quick and easy processing. You can also order offline by phone, fax, or mail in orders. Please see our Ordering and Shipping page for directions.
- What shipping service do you use?
Our company ships via FedEx, DHL, and USPS. If you have a preference, feel free to let us know.
- When can you expect delivery of your order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours after you place your order. Orders placed on the weekend will not be shipped until Monday. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation which includes a tracking number. You can easily check on the status of your order with this provided link. Most items will arrive at their final destination 5-10 days from the purchase date. International order may take longer.
- How often do you update your inventory?
Our company constantly works hard in coming up with cool new styles for our customers. Be sure to check out our website often as we will be updating inventory on a weekly basis.
- What happens if an item is out of stock?
We make every effort to maintain inventory of all products we offer online. However, if a product you order is not available for shipment, we will contact you immediately by phone and/or email.
- What is the quality of your sunglasses?
All items we carry go through a quality inspection prior to shipment. They surpass FDA regulations and impact resistant standards. Most importantly, they provide UVA/UVB protection.
- What is your minimum order?
There is no minimum order... Order any quantity you desire.
- Do you accept returns?
- Must be returned in original condition.
- No returns after 15 days of the order date.
- All return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.
- 30% Restocking fee.
